Sibusiso is a founding member and CEO of ALUWANI Capital Partners which was founded in 2015.

Prior to ALUWANI Sibusiso was the CEO and Executive Director of Momentum Investments which looked after MMH’s investment risk businesses. Momentum Investments managed approximately R450bn of Assets on behalf of MMH Holdings and its clients.

Sibusiso joined the FirstRand group in 2009 as a Director and head of business Development for RMB Asset Management in SA and across SADC. In December 2010 he took over as CEO of RMB Asset Management which rebranded to Momentum Asset Management following an unbundling of the Momentum business from FirstRand and subsequent merger with Metropolitan to from MMH Holdings.

Sibusiso holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Western Cape (2001), a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from UNISA (2005), and a Mathematical Modelling of Derivatives certification from UNISA (2006). He also completed the Leadership Advancement Program at the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business in 2004.
