Anatolia joined Lebela Fund Managers on 1 December 2025 as Manager: Finance, Risk and Compliance. In this role, she oversees the firm’s risk and compliance framework, administrative operations, and overall financial management.

She leads the end-to-end financial operations of the business, including portfolio reporting, financial controls, risk management processes, and regulatory compliance oversight. She also ensures efficient client onboarding and continuous alignment with evolving statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements.

With over a decade of experience in the external audit of asset management firms, pension funds, insurance companies, and banking institutions, Anatolia brings strong technical expertise in IFRS reporting, taxation, AML/CFT compliance, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.

Prior to joining Lebela, she built a distinguished 12-year career at PwC Namibia, where she advanced to the role of External Audit Manager, a notable achievement attained without a CA designation, through the consistent demonstration of exceptional audit quality, technical competence, leadership, and deep sector expertise across complex financial services clients.

Anatolia holds a Bachelor of Accounting Honours degree and is currently progressing toward her ACCA qualification.
