Trophy joined Lebela Fund Managers as Managing Director on October 1, 2020. Trophy oversees corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and business development, positioning Lebela as a competitive player in the Namibian asset management industry. His role includes building strategic partnerships, expanding assets under management (AUM), and ensuring operational efficiency. In addition to his leadership role, he also serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer (CIO), overseeing investment strategy, portfolio management, and business growth.

Prior to joining Lebela, Trophy was an Audit Partner at PwC Namibia, where he was responsible for major clients in the financial services industry, including insurance, investment management, and pension funds. With over 14 years of experience in external audit and financial services, he has developed deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management, establishing himself as a seasoned leader in financial services.

Trophy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (ICAN) and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Namibia.
